No Refrigerator

I'm taking on a challenge to go for a month without my refrigerator. I read some articles and started thinking about the whole idea of powering a box to stay cold to hold your stuff that you end up forgetting about most of the time is pretty wasteful and doesn't promote fresh, seasonal eating. That is how I feel about it and I figure it is worth trying it out so that when I move into my domain and build my home, it would be nice to not worry about getting one of those monsters to suck up all…
